What is Treadmill?

Speed climbs while you train on your base treadmill. One session's HUD moved from 11.7K to 17.2K, then 33.6K, then 369.2K across about 17 minutes of active play. That path is a single observation, not a Speed-per-minute rate. Treadmill skins seen while upgrading were jelly, butter, tiger, water wave, and frost. Upgrade costs were not visible.

How do you get Treadmill?

The treadmill is on your base. The official description tells you to upgrade it and train on it.

How do you use Treadmill?

Train before you steal in a zone whose sign is above your Speed. Combine training with the 10,000 Speed from liking the game and joining ASMR Creations, and with the Lucky Spin +20% Speed buff when you have one.
